At Elysian Infused, every item is made with care and love. Please read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Standard Items

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item
• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

Personalised & Custom Items

• Due to the bespoke nature of personalised products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or faulty
• Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and we will resolve this for you as a priority.
