Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@elysianinfused.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

Non-Returnable ItemsPersonalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@elysianinfused.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund including original shipping costs at our discretion.
