Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm GMT may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping We ship across the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

We ship via Royal Mail 

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note: Some remote areas, including parts of the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands, may incur additional carrier surcharges. These will be reflected at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
